The 18 year old, Stefania Fernandez, was crowned as the winner of Miss Universe 2009 in Bahamas on Sunday, 23rd August 2009. Last year's winner, Miss Dayana Mendoza was also from Venezuela.Miss Fernandez is such a beauty in a stunning red gown. Congratulations!!
