Grumbling away

Back to work after a public holiday break in between the week.  Everyone should have recharged with full batteries for the remaining working days ahead.

Our work life have been made difficult with the implementation of GST.  It is another quarter due for submission and payment of GST.  We are in the job that forcing ourselves to get it done before the due date with our minds and mouths grumbling and cursing away to... you know who.  Our accounting software we thought to be reliable and friendly has becoming unusable because the modules meant for GST have so much restrictions.

But still, I am grateful that I have a job that fill our rice bowls, my commitments and our daily needs.  Grumbling aside, I need a cup of coffee to start the day.  Just a cup of Indocafe Coffeemix will do which I bought a few weeks ago that came with a free container.

Early rising

I woke up earlier than usual this morning, that's at 5.30 am, to do some house chaos. I have been so much slacking on the house work ever since I started baking. There are piles of unfolded laundry and floor needed to be swept and mopped among other things.

This morning, I only managed to sweep and mop the floor, do some ironing and laundry, fold and put away the laundry.

The sunrise very fast. It's time to wake the girls up for school. I kept yawning in the office for not used to wake up so early. Should I continue rising at 5am again tomorrow?

Preparation - Detoxification and Rejuvenation Programme (DRP)

I guess some of you might be wondering what the DRP I am talking about, I should have posted this before I even started with my DRP 6 days ago.  But all is not too late, right?

After the live blood test, the result got me worried about my overall health. I told myself that by hook or by crook I have to start the DRP programme as soon as I got the free package of the DRP set which was given free to me as staff on an annual basis by the company that I work.  Together with my two other colleagues, I started with the programme 6 days ago, mentally ready of course.  Besides having the DRP set in place, there are certain vegetable and fruits that I have to get ready before starting the programme.  Basically the whole programme put us on a very strict diet, only fruits, vegetable and supplements are allowed.
The content of the DRP set from NewLife International
The Hippocrates soup
These are some of the fruits and vegetable recommended in the programme.  The carrot and apple are for juices.  Celery, onions and potatoes together with tomatoes, leeks, garlic to be cooked into Hippocrates' soup as meals throughout the 7 days.  I got bored of the soup on the 3rd day that I replaced my meals with mashed potatoes, boiled potatoes and fruits instead.
I made 6 containers of yogurt as part of the meals to be taken together with flaxseed oil
I have been coping well with the strict diet with no much temptations to break the fast, it would be a challenge if I am a meat eater, glad that I am not.
The boiled and let cool to body temperature coffee enema mixture
I was a bit worried on carrying out the coffee enema at the beginning, luckily I managed it quite well from the 3rd day onwards where I found a comfortable place to do it, that is, the bedroom, even with Pearl coming around again and again to check on me, and asked "mummy, you do the "emema" again?".
There is still one more day to go to complete the programme.  I have been asked what I feel like having for my first meal right after this programme, my answer was, Laksa flavour Maggi Mee, hahaha...just kidding.  I would go for porridge so that my stomach will not be shocked after 7 days without solid food.

New Look

Have been busy lately. Busy moving house, tight up with work, and during the moving time , the internet connection was off; I was all so busy and tiring that I even find my long hair is a burden. I have not been to cutting or trimming my hair since Pearl was born. She is now about 3.5 years old. The saloon was reluctant to cut my hair when I show her how short I want my hair to be. Same goes to my mum, she was with me in the saloon last Saturday morning. I said yes confirm just cut only, she tight it for me before cutting and let me take my hair home, it's 13 inches long.

Now I feel so light and easy with short hair, also save me a lot of trouble washing and taking care of my hair now. The best thing is I received good comments on my new look, many said this hair style suits me and I look younger. However, my girls strongly against me having short hair, Crystal said I look cute but not pretty that's why she refused to have her hair cut because she wants to be pretty not cute.

WHAT PERSONALITY TYPE ARE YOU ???

I got this from cre8tivkj , out of curiosity, I took the test and here's the result. Can I really be an artist ???

You Are An ISFP

The Artist

You are a gifted artist or musician (though your talents may be dormant right now).

You enjoy spending your free time in nature, and you are good with animals and children.

Simply put, you enjoy beauty in all its forms and live for the simple pleasures in life.

In love, you are quiet and sweet yet very passionate. You love easily.

You have an underlying love for all living things, and it's easy for you to accept someone into your heart.

At work, you do best in an unconventional position. You express yourself well and can work with almost anyone.

You would make a good veterinarian, pediatrician, or composer.
