Have you ever tried ice cream sandwiches before?? This idea came from my youngest brother, Albert, many years ago and I fell in love with it since. Yum...it’s superbly delicious as compare to other sandwiches I had ever tasted. I made one for tea today to satisfy my craving for ice cream on a hot sunny day. :Q
A sandwich of a thick layer of strawberry chocolate ice cream 
I've had icecream sandwich (chocolate and vanilla flavors) before, but it was sandwiched between two long wafers.
