Blog Hijacked
My blog has been "hijacked" by some kind of spammer out there a couple of weeks ago. It will be redirected to another website whenever I try to view it. I have been trying to get it back but to no avail. The only way to view it is to change my blog to custom setting. Would be grateful if any one can give me assistance on how to get rid of the redirection??? PLEASE HELP....

Reward For Good Results
To reward for her good academic result, Clet bought Crystal a cookery set as gift, she chose it herself. She attained a 2nd place in the class in her first year of kindergarten, which is not bad at all considering she never had any tuitions and playing computer games at her free time most of her time.
The school awarded her a medal for her good achievement

New Pair of Shoes
It's the end of school term tomorrow. Students of Malaysia will be having a long school holiday till the beginning of January 2009. We were told by the teacher that Pearl will have performance on stage during the closing of school term ceremony tommorrow morning that requires her to wear white shoes and socks. For that Cletus bought her a pair of white shoes yesterday since she never had white ones, but they were to big for her little legs. At last he got to change another pair from the same merchant which I find they are very nice and cute on her.
Pearl and her new pair of white sport shoes. She was wearing them for the whole evening till she gone to sleep.

Yoghurt Making
I was trying to make yoghurt using yoghurt starter but failed to achieve the desired texture and taste, sometimes even turn bad after a few hours into the fermentation process. After exhausting the whole box (6 sachets in a box) of yoghurt mix and I concluded that I needed a yoghurt maker which I am not ready to buy one just yet. Glad that my colleagues shared some tips and I started to try making it using ready made yoghurt with milk powder. It works.
Here are a few simple steps:
(1) Add 8 heap table spoons of Milk Powder (I use Organic Low Fat Milk Powder) to 600ml of water (the amount of milk powder and water can be varied to suite the consistency you desired). Mix well. a shaker can be used for the mixing process.
(2) Pour and sieve the milk into a air tight container to separate the undissolved milk solids. Do not throw away the undissolved milk solids instead use a spoon to press them through the strainer into the milk solution.
(3) Pour or scoop 1/2 a rice bowl of ready made yoghurt into the milk solution.
(4) Mix well with a spoon or egg beater.
(4) Remove the bubbles from the surface of the mixture so that the surface of the yoghurt is smooth after it is formed.
(5) Put the lid on the air tight container and leave it in room temperature undisturbed for more than 8 hours for the yoghurt to ferment. You can check the yoghurt by the smell or the taste of it. Transfer into the fridge only after it is successfully fermented.
(6) My yoghurt is ready to be served
(7) A simple recipe - Papaya yoghurt with flaxseed oil (honey can be added to give some sweetness to it).

Baby Ensond 12th days old
We celebrated Baby Ensond's 12th day birthday today at his parents' new home. He has since grown up quite a bit in just 12 days. He slept through the whole evening while we were there, no fuss at all though we made a lot of noise especially with my two girls and Anneliese chasing each other, shouting and laughing in and out of the room.
I quickly captured this when I saw him opened his eyes. He felt back to sleep again right away. A kiss from grandfather
Dishes for the night. The drunken chicken and drunken sweet and sour pork leg are the two common confinement dishes prepared by my mum. We love them. I took some drunken sweet and sour pork leg home too.
Pearl with her uncle Albert, the father of Ensond
and Cystal got a hug too..
