Slowing down on coffee tea

Just before I am cutting down on coffee and tea consumption *not quitting*, I bought a pack of tea and coffee mix to try.  Did not put particular attention  on the brand,  I was attracted to the mix packets that I could get in one purchase.  I like the varieties. Enjoying  a cup of hot creamy coffee or tea with some finger food at any time of the day is something that I like to do. Before I get addicted to coffee I would better control my intake.
